Question : How long before I receive my order? Answer: Each item we sell is custom made to order. We offer both a standard and an Express shipping option. Please refer to our shipping page for shipping information regarding each of our products. Shipping intervals for each product in your cart will be stated during the checkout process. Answer: We use UPS and the United States Postal Service. Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you via email.

Question : My child has a name puzzle / name puzzle stool and I have lost a letter. Can I get a replacement?
Answer: Yes. We can make replacement letters for our name puzzles and stools. The charge is $15.00 per letter - includes shipping. Please order your replacement letter(s) online using our Replacement Letter Product.

Question : Do you ship international?
Answer: We are only able to ship our Name Puzzle Stools to select international destinations. If interested, please email or call us for specific international shipping needs.

Answer: No. Since each of our items are personalized and custom made to order, we are unable to accept returns
