My name is Melissa Chelist. I am the mom of three girls. When each of my girls was born, I received many gifts from various friends and relatives. As each of my children got older, they outgrew the clothes and the toys they had received. I redecorated their rooms as they moved into a big girl bed & and got rid of many of the baby items. The only items I seemed to hold on to, were the personalized gifts they had received. As they continued to grow, I searched the internet and craft shows for more personalized items. Since then, I have looked all over the country for creative, unique, high quality personalized baby and children's items. In 2009, my oldest daughter, 13 at the time, informed us that she still wanted personalized items for herself and her room. She inquired as to why StorkGifts.com didn't carry any items for her and her friends. Although she still uses her original puzzle stool in her closet to help her reach high shelves, we didn't sell the fun items that a teenager would want. I was excited with the idea. I encouraged her to find a name for the expanded division at StorkGifts.com, and Attitude Shmattitude was born! She has taken it upon herself to search for personalized items for the tween/teen age group.
